High season rates are £595, US$925 per week
Rest of Year rates are £475, US$750 per week

2014
High season rates are £653, US$980 per week
Rest of Year rates are £550, US$826 per week

Please note that these rates are inclusive of all Florida State and Tourism taxes, electricity, water charges, unlimited broadband internet and final cleaning costs for rentals of 2 weeks or longer. A $105 cleaning charge is payable for rentals of less than 2 weeks.

Monthly rates are available on request.

We accept payment in £Sterling or $US by cheque, or funds transfer. To secure your booking we require a £200/$300 deposit for 1-2 weeks rental with the balance being paid no later than 8 weeks before the rental starts. For longer rentals the deposit will be based upon the rental duration and season and period until rental start.

Once you have confirmed you wish to rent we will send a booking form which you will need to complete with names of all the people in your party. You will need to return the signed form along with your deposit to make a firm booking.

There is a £150/$240 refundable security deposit required at payment of the final balance. This is to cover any damage or loss to the property. Assuming no loss or damage, it will be refunded promptly after the property has been serviced by our local management company after final cleaning.
